We want our staff at POLIPOL to feel at home, and have created the conditions allowing them to do so with the construction of our company headquarters in Diepenau. The open architecture, modern offices and conferences rooms as well as the meeting points at which colleagues can meet up at any time and communicate with one another, ensure a pleasant working environment. As does our modern canteen and the spacious grounds.
In order to promote social interaction among the colleagues, we have come up with various ideas, including the POLIsport programme, the “getting-to-know-you” day for new apprentices in each year’s intake and regular, inter-departmental events. Furthermore, we offer various advanced training opportunities and, with a range of working time models, help our staff find the right individual work-life balance.
